Woohoo, my test parts from Ponoko came in! (lower, whiter ones are from Ponoko (Durable Plastic), the yellowish upper ones are from Shapeways (Sandstone).
The Ponoko parts seem much crisper, higher resolution, and lighter weight.
I increased the diameter for the bearing by 0.02 mm on the model, and it wasn’t all the difficult setting it in either the Ponoko and Shapeways part.
Super stoked. Can’t wait to make more stuff!
